  Ordered a Ham and Swiss thats over $10 mind you. Get out to the car and it has s drive thru order sticker on it from 447 its 534. Thats disgusting. Refused to give me GM contact info. Call center is overseas. What a joke. Ill pass on the food poisoning thanks anyways.

  Asked for extra Arby’s sauce. Bro gave me none. $15 for a sandwich I can’t enjoy now and I’m not driving back because gas is expensive. This was my one treat for myself in this horrible economy and now I can’t even have that. This is why we can’t have nice things. No one listens.

  I stopped here for a quick meal during a busy day, and the service was surprisingly efficient. My order was ready within minutes, and everything was fresh and hot. Compared to other locations of the same chain, this one seemed better managed. The staff was polite, and the dining area was clean. It’s not always easy to find fast food that actually feels fresh, but this location delivered. It made a quick lunch break much more enjoyable than expected.

  Nina the assistant manager greeted my mom and I as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was welcoming and energetic, made us feel unhurried and important. She took care of us so well, even accommodating our inability to decide what sauces to ask for by giving us a variety of them in our bag. She set the tone with incredibly high service and those working with her were matching the energy she put out. What a great leader! Food was hot, service was quick, prices were reasonable. We'll be back to THIS location because of Nina.
