  People are super friendly and customer service oriented. On top that the coffee is better than Dunkin Donuts, I would return because of the friendly interaction and excitement to serve me their coffee. This a primarily a drive through coffee shop, they do have ways to help people who walk up to the store.

  Love 7 brew, their blondie coffee is delicious. We took our kids here they enjoyed their drinks. We love it!!!

  I love 7 brew and when they first opened in North Syracuse it was good but the last few times and again today they really dropped the ball. My husband and I ordered cookie butter macchiatos and we definitely got some sweetened milk. Definitely unacceptable for the price! To make it worse no direct line to contact them either.

  Love. Staple in our week. Only thing I miss is when they first opened they had fun vibes with decently loud music ... Now it's like someone complained and had to ruin it for everyone else ... Hopefully they bring the music back. Def reccomend.

  I’m not one who typically makes reviews but today ( 7/19 at around 9-10am) I was waiting in the line for my coffees which I want to rave I have never no matter how long the line is it’s taken 30-40 minutes to get! My car ended up dying in the middle of the line and I was greeted with so much help! They girls helped me without hesitation and even offered to help push my car into a spot and jump start the car for us. They brought us water being a hot day and made sure we were set in one of the most difficult times. Thank you so much 7brew crew we love you!
