  i loveee 7b but this specific stand always makes my drinks wrong, they never taste right always too little syrup.

  everytime i go i ask for light ice because i hate when my drink is watered down , remind you it is NEVER light ice when i receive it. sometimes they will remake it and other times they will argue with me about it and refuse to remake it. today my friend and i got the same drink except i asked for light ice and she did not yet my drink had MORE ice if anything. i told the girl i asked for light ice and she said “she did, if you want less then ask for no ice and pay the extra charge” LIKE EW BABES i used to work there and as someone that works in customer service .. that is NOT how you treat people! thank you to the employees that remake my drink! let’s remember not everyone is doing it to “get more drink” i simply just HATE the amount of ice yall put it , its always watered down after two sips!! ive never had this issue with ANY other 7brew mind you .. only this location!

  Devin Burns was the best employee I’ve ever came across at 7 brew. She’s like a walking ray of sunshine. She made sure we left happy with our drinks. She was very helpful, I had a picture of a drink I wanted but I didn’t know what was in it so she sat there and deeply took her time looking at the photo to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and the drink CAME OUT PERFECT. Thank you so much you made my day. You deserve a raise! Employee of the month. I ❤️ 7 brew North Syracuse

  Unreal coffee & the absolute best service. We had a guy named Zach, he helped us pick drinks for our first ever order. He nailed the drinks and had us laughing lots. We will be back.

  I keep asking about the boxes of coffee, that even the website states they sell, but everytime I ask the crew member becomes rude. If you don’t sell it don’t state online that you sell it at this location that’s false advertising.
