  By far the worst chipotle in the area. It’s always a minimum of 20 minutes when it should be no longer then 10. They have 15 ppl in the back but there’s 1 pers handling the line and ringing ppl up? I just walked in alone with not 1 person waiting on the line and it takes 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge im waiting there. I ask if they have chips and they say all have are the large chip bags??? No salad dressing, the honey chicken is always empty and i end up getting something else. They manager needs to get fired immediately

  Really disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. The rice was extremely salty, and the portions were noticeably small for the price. On top of that, the restaurant itself was messy and didn’t look properly cleaned. The overall experience was frustrating and not what I expect when spending money at Chipotle. Hopefully management addresses the food quality, portion sizes, and cleanliness.

  Lunch at this location is a chaotic disaster. The line for preorder on the app is longer than the walk in line. Pre order is done in the back of store and even if the walk in line is short they don't help the back. It is also dark and often the condiment area is empty and there is no hot sauce etc. Management seems to be inexperienced kids who can’t help or make a decision. They just seem overwhelmed. Portion sizes are smaller than in other locations as well.

  Ordered ahead online specifically to avoid a wait, and the app said our order was ready. Got to the store and it was nowhere near ready — ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes standing around after already being told it was done. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Staff didn't seem to have any urgency about the pileup of mobile orders either. Food was fine once we got it, but the wait made the whole experience pretty frustrating. Won't be relying on mobile ordering here again.

  I was originally planning to eat at Kebab Express, a place I frequent often, but they were closed, so I decided to try Chipotle instead. The store hours were posted so low to the ground that I didn’t notice them. Everything looked good to go — I saw active employees — but it seemed like they were still setting up when I entered, so I opened the door and asked, “Excuse me, ma’am, are you guys open?” to a woman on the right. She seemed unsure English wasn’t strong and said, “10 o’clock.” I pointed out that it was 10 o’clock right now, so I looked forward, thinking maybe she was just trying to turn me away for no real reason. Then a guy up front said, “10:45.” Right after that, another woman interjected and waved me away with both hands in a dismissive, rude gesture. Telling me to get out. I understand this location likely struggles with parking and foot traffic, which makes good customer service even more important for building repeat business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be eating here again. Separately, when I did get food from them, the tacos were thrown into a wet bag and spilled all over my car.
