  Second time at this Chipotle and horrible experience, I am DONE. I ordered on the app for pickup (pretty simple right?). I walk in and NOTHING for 20 minutes just me standing there and no help. I then spoke up and said is my order ready? This man comes up to me and says we don't have your order. He's talking to his manager about if they are allowed to remake it? (After spending $16 on my meal) i simply replied with look I have it on my phone i'll show you again and i was told to "Relax". RELAX??? YOU KIDDING ME??? No you Relax because I'm never coming back. Who tells a customer to RELAX? No I'll go RELAX when I'm on my vacation in Aruba.

  I've given this Chipotle three chances, and unfortunately each visit has been worse than the last. On my first recent visit, the employee working the front line was on her phone as I approached to order. She briefly looked up, said nothing, walked away, and acted as though I was inconveniencing her by being there. When it came time to pay, she had trouble operating the register and had to call a manager for assistance, resulting in an even longer wait. On my second visit, I placed an online order for a bowl with guacamole. When I got my order, the guacamole was missing even though I had been charged for it. Today was the final straw. The same employee ignored me as I approached the counter, to the point where I had to ask if they were still serving just to get someone's attention. When she finally came over, she greeted me with a passive-aggressive "What do you want?" when taking my order. After preparing the food, she left it sitting at the register with nobody available to check me out, leaving me standing there waiting for a cashier. The lack of customer service, poor attitude, and disorganization at this location have made it one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. If you're in the area, I'd recommend driving a little further and visiting the Hicksville location instead.

  Usually very good but these people were very slow and the guac was brown. I wanted a certain meat but there was none left and I had to wait a long time for them to refill so I just did chicken. Got the guac bc it was my birthday and it was for free but tasted frozen and In clumps.

  One of my favorite places to eat! I come here around 4-5 times a month! Portions are AMAZING and staff is so nice. I love coming here with friends for a quick bite or a long hangout! Definitely recommended for people hungry and ready to eat! They also have amazing deals and so many food choices to pick from. Love this place, always be their #1 fan!!

  I work with my child, and sometimes I have no choice but to bring him with me. My son rarely comes inside the store and only does so when absolutely necessary, such as when he needs to use the restroom. On one occasion, I decided not to order food because the employee’s facial expressions and manner of speaking made it very clear that my order was not welcome. I have also noticed that as soon as my son and I enter, some employees immediately begin moving around us in a way that makes it seem as though our presence is causing a problem. This creates an uncomfortable and humiliating experience. I have worked in many places and interacted with many people, but I have rarely experienced this type of behavior. At times, it feels as though we are being treated unfairly, and I cannot help but wonder whether prejudice may be playing a role. Please pay attention to the professionalism of your staff and the way they communicate with customers and delivery workers, so that everyone is treated with equal respect and dignity. Thank you.
