  Me and my boyfriend were in the drive-through line on May 5 at about 5 PM in the afternoon we ordered Two whoppers one with just cheese on it nothing else and the other one with the works we then attempted to purchase one of the Grogu toys that comes in the happy meal. She seemed to not know what I was talking about, so I told her the baby Yoda toy to explain it to her. The woman in the stereo told us that we could not purchase it so we attempted to order a chicken fry meal to get the toy with it. She gave us our total we come up to the window we pay we get our bag and it is only the two burgers, not only did she not listen to us when we asked for Only cheese on one of the burgers she missed the entire kids meal, so my boyfriend proceeded to tell her after we checked the food that she missed the instructions on the burger. She came to the window and began to attempt to argue with my boyfriend. I then stepped in and informed her that we were attempting to buy the kids meal when she refused to sell us the toy and she also missed that. She fixed the sandwich still did not make our kids meal pretty much threw the sandwich at him and told us to have a good day. Something needs to be done about this woman because it’s completely unacceptable and I will be calling corporate.

  Today May 7th I ordered my burger with extra onions and extra pickles a Whopper there was no pickles no onions you also messed up my daughter's order a Whopper was with no tomato and you put tomato why don't be like McDonald's they always be messing up the orders to spend $50 and not get the order right

  Tried this location once and won’t be back unfortunately. I placed a mobile breakfast order. When I got to the store, instead of a vanilla iced coffee, they handed me a plain black coffee. No big deal. I pointed out the mistake and they corrected it. I then walked all the way home to find that they’d given me a biscuit sandwich instead of a croissant sandwich. I was frustrated but the walk was too long to go back so I decided to eat it anyway. It tasted like it had been sitting out for days. I mean it literally tasted inedible. I genuinely couldn’t do more than 1 bite. It’s beyond frustrating that you can’t just get what you pay for. I definitely won’t be back.

  Service is hit or miss. Once the food was fresh and hot and awesome. Most times it's just fine or cold. Soda machines aren't calibrated, flavors all off. Attached photo is from a recent Doordash driver's message. Don't get mad at your dasher if they're taking forever, this location can't handle a dinner rush.

  This Burger King is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in the neighborhood. The customer service has always been friendly, the food comes out fresh, and the seating area is usually nice and clean. For a busy fast food location, they do a good job keeping things moving and making the experience pleasant. Good spot to stop by when I’m around the area.
