Lady put us on hold but did not actually hold the phone, heard her laughing and speaking to someone while we held then was talking to someone while we were trying to place an order. Ended up canceling the order and getting something else for dinner

I need it to be clear for Domino's and everyone else that we customers should not be guilt tripped to tipping dominoes drivers. I am a college student who is merely trying to survive, today was the one day that I didn't tip because I'm trying to save. It's 6pm and the pizza that I just received is about to be my first meal of the day. So I do not appreciate being made to feel guilty by a Domino's driver for not tipping. I understand that he's trying to make ends meet but so am I. The entitlement I just received was disgusting and unprofessional. And now I'm afraid that the dominoes driver did something to my food because I hadn't tipped, but yet again, I must risk eating it because this would be my first meal of the day. The responsibility of paying workers a liveable wage is on the establishment, not on we as customers. Do better.
