- RFRye ForsterSep 6, 20261.0I would eat here all the time. Until I realized how abysmal their customer service is. But I could be wrong so let me explain. I placed an order through the tropical smoothie website for delivery. I didn’t realize they use DoorDash as their delivery method. Which is ironic because originally I was using DoorDash before I switched over to their actual website. Anyway the delivery comes and my smoothie is all over the bottom of the bag. Very annoying. I call the store and they tell me there is nothing they can do once it leaves the store, and they advise me to call DoorDash. So I call DoorDash and they say they will happily refund me, but tropical smoothie has to approve the refund since the card was used on their website. DoorDash calls tropical smoothie on my behalf and tropical smoothie informs DoorDash, they won’t issue the refund. This is all so very annoying because tropical smoothie has decided to use DoorDash as their delivery method, and because of this they are able to avoid accountability. I as the customer specifically chose not to use DoorDash for this delivery, but the company of tropical smoothie is outsourcing their deliveries with another company. In my mind, that makes tropical smoothie responsible. Especially when DoorDash said they would approve the refund, but needed tropical to run it because I used their own website. Again, maybe I am wrong, but I really really don’t think so.
- SGSteve GAug 22, 20261.0I have been going to this tropical smoothie after my gym sessions for 4-5 years. Today I spent 50 bucks on 3 smoothies because i had my daughter with me. Rosemary was making my drinks today and asked if I want a cup holder and I said yes. She mentioned that they were a “bit flimsy” but I have gotten them for my 3 drink orders in the past. When I stepped out the door two drinks flew out of the cup holder. I caught one but the other fell. I went back in and asked for a second drink. Rosemary said no I have to buy another. She blamed it on store policy and attempted to make me feel guilty for asking by stating that “if she made another it would be taken out of her check” At this point the customer at the register stepped in and said its not policy in other stores. RM replied that its the owner of the stores policy and took no responsibility for what happened. I made one more attempt to ask for another drink and she said no because that has been happening with other customers. This means she knows the business has defective cup holders and did not clearly state that. “a bit flimsy” is how you describe every cup holders ever made. she did not give me fair warning on a defective product that she knows doesnt work. i hope the owner sees this. I did the math and i spend approximately 1k per year at that location. your decision to buy cheaper cup holders, have this “policy” and a staff that knowingly gives it customers defective products is leading to a customer taking his business elsewhere.

I advise to download the app so you can obtain rewards like! TSC is what you’re looking for to fill your stomach but not leave you with that drowsy feeling after eating Yaknow. Especially if you’re working and need something that will give you energy for the day. TSC is where it’s at.
