- N3narwhal 3306 days ago1.0Waited 30 minutes, never got my food. Cars weren’t moving in drive through, nobody came to give me my food inside either. Waited for absolutely nothing. No staff around. Taking a minimum of 15 minutes per car. Had to leave without any food, it’s annoying to have to go through the customer service to get my refund. I would wish the district manager would pay attention to how poorly this place is performing. This happens frequently.

There was only one kid (clearly not his fault) working in this poor place making food taking orders and doing everything else.

I knocked on the window to get the worker's attention, and was given a whole speech about how rude I am. even after it was addressed, it was bought up time and time again like I killed someone's first born child. I was missing the flatbread I ordered, dude held up my chalupah and said HERE IT IS! if they cannot tell the difference between one item or another, they should be retrained. I cannot tell you how many times I've pulled out of the drive through line and waited 20+ minutes for my food here, and how patient and chill I have been with the staff over the last two years, even when something has been missing. I am cool with being patient and waiting for my food, I know people also make mistakes, but I will not be talked down to like i am an idiot. I paid extra for an item I never received, I will not be returning to this location.
