I even took a photo because of how poor the quality was. I don’t live nearby, so I’m unable to return to the location, but I do expect a refund or some form of credit. It’s very disappointing to receive food in this condition, and it’s unacceptable for it to be served to customers. I do want to note that the drive-thru employee was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the food did not reflect that same level of care. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
