  To start my experience was good, but when we were checking out. I was unsure of the type of tomato the heirloom was, a hot house or a vine, I notice three off duty cashiers nearby. I asked what type of tomato it was considered, instead of just saying what it was, this blonde hispanic cashier got nasty about not being off duty. I didn't ask her to come over just say what it was. As a person who worked for the city of New York for 40 year and retiring out of state, when work here we were taught customer service, and I have answered many a question off duty.

  They really need to re-vamp this location majority of the staff is rude and have no customer service skills. The best thing for me at this location is the deli department and that’s only when mark or this short tatted up woman are working I always forget to ask her name but they make my experience outstanding always great customer service skills polite and knowledgeable of what there job entails…. They are the only reason I still even shop there at all. There’s like 3 other employees there that share that same quality which I will write in a update later this week when I go to shop… management needs to talk to lower management about the laziness employees share when work needs to be done they want to sit around and hold conversation when work needs to be done instead

  Smaller than Forest Ave and same method of hiding lack of stock by filling with other items; it is less noticeable with the smaller footprint. Noticed a store-brand item I'd never seen at Forest that saved a few dollars - and found it at Forest.

  This location is going down in quality. 50% of their refrigerators are constantly down. A lot of items missing. Produce quality has gone down too. Prices have gone up. Choose another store.

  I come to this stop and shop I live around the area the shopping experience is ok 👌! This is where it goes a wrong 😑 I shop at many stores with the scanner gun with the Items in the cart no problems ever ok 👌 I go to self check out I’m Scanning my items in the shopping cart with the gun scanner this is not the first time this happened to me this Blonde headed with glasses a little on the Chubby side I’m not Insulting her, I’m trying to describe her she tells something about the gun not working she comes out of nowhere I told her I know what I scanned Well, she She deletes what I scanned put everything on the belt and tells to do it this way ! I don’t like the fact I feel like I was treated like a common criminal ! It’s not the first time she did this to me And I’m sure she did it with other customer as well so pls If there’s any problem, higher security guard ! She makes me feel very uncomfortable 😳! And the Shopping experience horrific I’m not Coming back to this location ! So pls pls address this matter she is only going to hurt your business! Thank you
