  Just like every other McDonald's, they converted it to a gray dystopian landscape, all that's there are kiosks and a bunch of understaffed, underpaid teenagers. I had to wait 35 minutes for my basic/small order that still cost me $10. You're better off just going to a diner or something and getting a proper meal, it'll still be quicker. McDonald's did away with the concept of fast food

  I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s due to one old female employee with tattoos on her hands, whose attitude toward customers was repeatedly rude, hostile, and completely unacceptable for the service industry. From the beginning, this employee spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive manner, giving orders with a disrespectful tone, and acting as if customers were beneath them. This was not a one-time bad mood — the behavior was repeated multiple times throughout the interaction. Even after the issue was pointed out, the employee became even more hostile and told me “don’t come back again,” which was unbelievably unprofessional. What stood out most was the obvious resentment and negativity behind the way this employee treated people. Instead of demonstrating basic professionalism, patience, or emotional stability, the employee projected a very dark, twisted, and hostile attitude onto customers for no reason. No customer should be spoken to this way simply for ordering food. McDonald’s is supposed to operate under basic hospitality and service standards, yet this employee’s conduct reflected the complete opposite: arrogance without professionalism, aggression without accountability, and open disrespect toward customers. It is deeply disappointing that McDonald’s management would tolerate someone with such poor emotional control and such a toxic attitude representing the brand.

  Management should really ensure their staff is properly trained. For the second time this week, our late-night order included one regular Coke and one Diet Coke, and neither was labeled. As a diabetic, it’s critical for me to know which drink is safe to consume. This isn’t a minor detail, it’s a serious health concern. Please make sure staff are marking drinks correctly using the push-button lids. Mistakes like this can have real consequences like diabetic comas and death. Grow up and do your job!
