  I ordered my food all the time and for the first time in 2 years and 34 seconds they forgot half of my meal…BETTER SERVICE AND CHECK BEFORE YOU HAND IT OVER TO THE DELIVERY PERSON..

  They won't let you use the restroom at this establishment. I do not recommend this place; the staff is rude and unfriendly.

  I recently visited this location to order a meal for my daughter, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff appeared to be engaged in an unprofessional dispute with other customers, which resulted in significant delays and a lack of service. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure a better environment for families.

  The manager at 501 Bay at S.I, NY 10304 refused to take my order at the register she also told an employee not service at the register pointing at the kiosk screen to place my order. I explained due to my previous experience my order is usually not how I prefer it. I'm particular with my food and the kiosk screen is not sensitive to a customers particularities. She kept insisting I order at the screen even told one of the employees to assist me. I asked why can't I order at the register, "we don't take orders here" I stated the person on line before me placed her order at the register, she ignored me and waved her hand saying I have customers waiting. When I tried to explain to the employee, she turned her head as if I wasn't talking to her. They both were very dismissive and rude towards me, customers should not be treated in this manner, I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Shame on the manager treating a customer this why and for letting your employee think this treatment is ok
