  Poorest management, morning order always better than afternoon or evening. Usually there is no problem with breakfast order, but wrong/missing items for afternoon/evening order EVERY SINGLE TIME, don’t know if afternoon shift people can read the order properly, just never get it right, and no one would like to fix anything. When I order in other locations, no issue at all nor out of stock, this location always have issue, the manager seems just get paid to be present and staring at each other, not need to do anything like manager of other fast food restaurants

  I ordered a simple meal and waited 30 minutes. I have no idea what the staff were doing. It was way too slow—absolutely terrible. I never want to come back!

  Around the morning of May 5th, I went to McDonald's for breakfast and discovered that the milk included in my meal set had expired that very day; I immediately informed the staff and asked them to swap it out for a carton with a fresher date. Then—as shown in the photos I’ve posted here—on May 9th, I visited McDonald's again and found that the milk in my Happy Meal had actually expired a day earlier. I had placed my order via the drive-thru, so I immediately alerted the staff, pointing out that the milk was expired and requesting a fresh replacement. To my astonishment, the staff member didn't even bother to check the expiration date printed on the milk carton; instead, he simply asserted that since it had only expired *that very day*, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I challenged him, asking, "Are you absolutely certain it hasn't expired?" Only then did he check the date on his phone, compare it with the date on the milk carton, and finally agree to provide me with a fresh one. Good grief—what on earth is going on at McDonald's? It seems they’re either serving expired food to customers, or—without fail—every time I order a meal set, the contents are incomplete! I will call the health department to check if all the other meat in your store has expired. This is outrageous!They actually brazenly gave expired milk to customers.

  My order was wrong, i got 2 10 pcs nuggets and i had ordered 1 10 pc and a quarter pounder, i called the store 3 times and no one picked up!!!

  Waiting for my food and observed a very abusive manager belittle her young employees. When I left one of the girls was outside crying. I asked one of the gentlemen for her name, he gladly said Natasha. I encouraged him to speak to HR and explained no matter the position no one should be allowed to speak to you that way. Someone higher up than this awful woman needs to reprimand this manager. The way these poor hardworking employees are spoken to and about in front of customers is disgusting. She called them stupid and kept saying “how hard is it to do your job?” I will follow up this review with corporate in hopes that’s she is spoken to about her behavior. Do better McDonald’s about the people you have leading these Harding working young people on a daily basis. In no work environment should employees be crying outside because an adult woman doesn’t have an ounce of humility to help them when they make a mistake rather than embarrass them in a restaurant full of people.
