    Food served cold. I asked to eat in, food served in a paper bag. No ketchup, salt or pepper provided. Service very slow. Dining area crowded with loiterers who finished eating before I arrived and were still hanging out when I left. Children running around loudly and unsupervised. Management did nothing about it.

    On July 5th 2026 at approximately 5:30 pm I along with my father took or two young nephews/grandsons to this establishment. By and far this is without a doubt the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The counter staff were rude to my father when their debit/credit card machine malfunctioned for at least 10 minutes. The entire staff were loud, rude, unprofessional and most importantly, neglectful of their duties because what came next was appalling. Our order consisted of a large sprite, and two 4 piece chicken McNuggets happy meals. The drinks were somehow simultaneously hot and lukewarm all at one and tasted disgusting. The French fries were bland, zero taste and honestly cold to the touch. I ate just one and felt nauseated afterwards. The chicken tasted bad according to my nephews. They also felt nauseated after the meal which both upset and worried me. Staff sat behind us and walked around the establishment while we dined. Loud and unprofessional. This seems indicative of today's youth culture and their work ethic which unfortunately results in disgusting food and horrible service. Once we left my father and I came to the decision that we'll never visit ANY McDonald's establishment ever again. Your corporation has to do better. Never Again

    Never thought I would actually have to rate McDonald's, obvio I don't expect the 5 star but this is turning to be just worse and worse everyday. Never cup holders, and when you're getting 5-6 drinks how are you supposed to hold it in the car? Most of the time the orders are missing somehting, and to top it off tonight "I don't have your order, cancel and order it again, 3 times, until I insisted that I won't get out of the drive through lane untill they have the order, then it magically appears. If the app says pick it up and give the order # to the drive through, there is no reason why they don't have the order in their computer. Period.

    Absolutely ridiculous experience at McDonald’s today. I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app before arriving. When I got to the drive-thru, I pulled up to the right speaker and waited. The employee was clearly responding to other customers, but never actually took my information or acknowledged my order. Since I had already ordered and paid through the app, I assumed I could simply proceed to the first window and provide my order number. When I got to the window, I explained the situation and was immediately met with attitude. Instead of helping, I was told to go all the way back around and wait in the ordering line again. I explained that I had already waited and that I wasn’t trying to place an order—I already had one. I just needed them to pull up my mobile order. The employee finally asked for my order number, only to tell me my order wasn’t showing in their system. Fine. Things happen. She instructed me to cancel the order and place it again. I did exactly that, drove all the way back around, waited through the long drive-thru line a second time, and returned to the window. Then I was told AGAIN that my order wasn’t showing up. At that point, I handed over my phone so she could see the order confirmation herself. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she took my phone—which I had only handed over so she could show her what I ordered—and then CANCELED MY ORDER ON MY PHONE and told me to reorder it for a third time. After already waiting through the line twice. The solution she offered? “Go back around and order without the app.” Absolutely not. If your mobile ordering system isn’t working, that is not the customer’s fault. Making someone repeatedly cancel orders, reorder food, and sit through an already packed drive-thru line over and over is completely unacceptable. The attitude I received throughout the entire interaction only made the situation worse. I have been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a little kid, and never in my life have I experienced customer service this poor here. Technology issues happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable from start to finish. What should have been a simple pickup turned into a frustrating waste of time because nobody seemed interested in actually solving the problem. I have never had an employee take my phone, cancel my order, and then tell me to start over from scratch. It was honestly one of the most aggravating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Management seriously needs to address both the mobile ordering issues and the way customers are being treated.
