I offered literally 50$ cash for a cup of ice water bc I was gonna pass out and they said their ice machine was broken even tho 5 people before me ordered refreshers with ice. They're rude and nasty and ignorant. Never give them business.

The young Black cashier pretended not to see the order I had placed via the app; however, an older male employee confirmed that my order had indeed gone through successfully. After that, the cashier refused to respond to me any further. Dunkin frequently hires unprofessional and temperamental staff members like this—doing so will only result in the loss of more customers.
