- DADulce Amada2 days ago1.0DO NOT EVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE, I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO CORPRATE FOR THIEVES !!!!!! Ordered 3 items totaling almost $20. They know who I am; I'm not taking my review down. To the owner running this place, you're the most incompetent person I've ever come across, especially with your workers that don't understand what the issue is: YOU are charging my CARD $20 for 3 drinks that I wasn't given because you don't have the ingredients to make them. When asked to give me something else, your worker says they haven't had ingredients to make ANY drinks since the morning. You're telling me YOU are charging people ALL DAY $$ for drinks they can't pick up because you can't make them. You're stealing at this point. I never EVER come to this place because you're always getting orders wrong or never have it. How are you running a business? And you should fire that woman you had tonight (5/18/26) in the drive-thru, who had no idea what was going on and seemed to be the most unapologetic person I've ever met. If you don't have the ingredients to make something, to make ANY drink, close up for the day. Don't charge people, take their money, and pray they don't dispute it. I will be disputing it with my bank. It's the deception that I can't stand, not the money you've so easily taken from my card that can be put back. I will be calling corporate to report both your location and the owner and your employee regarding this. DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!!
