  Unprofessional and filthy. Won't allow customers to use the bathroom. Doofy employees messing around and distracted. Playing nonsense loud off their phones and giggling while I wait for my awful cappuccino.

  This store is always having issues because they have kids working there and the owner doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality they provide, the coffee is always made wrong paying almost $5.00 for a macchiato that they can’t seem to do right…you have 6 workers (kids employers) just playing around behind the counter and the manager ignoring what they’re doing, the coffee lids don’t stay on the cups as if they order the wrong lids for there cups and don’t care that the coffee burned my hand. The only reason they are still here is because of the location

  The only Dunkin’ Donuts that makes lattes without putting the latte in it. Literally every time I order a latte it’s pure milk and disgusting. I’ve had to send my lattes back several times. This place deserves no service.

  Loved coffee before but seriously this place dirty. Especially when weather gets hot the showcase is full of bugs all over sweets. I was in shock that they actually serve it still
