- NFNader FaroukApr 13, 20261.0Unacceptable level of service. I ordered a cappuccino (took 20-30 minutes to finish) and asked to use the bathroom. I got out, finished my cappuccino and needed to use the bathroom again (some bowl movements) and found that it was locked (assuming it was occupied). I patiently waited and found that one of the employees took a key and unlocked the bathroom. She spent a minute or two inside and then got out. I told her that I needed to use the bathroom again, so please don't lock it. She was like you already used the bathroom and I told her "Yeah and I need to go again." What is this? They're keeping track how many times I go to the bathroom?!?!?! She's like okay please lock the bathroom when you're done. So I did my business (which doesn't include getting high), l got out and she's standing there waiting for me to lock the bathroom. "I told her do it yourself. I don't work here." Unacceptable, unacceptable, unacceptable and I expect compensation for this.

This company should really see who they are hiring . It's obvious that a lot of people are complaining about this place so management needs to do something about it.
