- ZGZana GreciAug 15, 20264.0The Food (Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese English Muffin, Hash browns, and Chocolate Glazed Donut) was honestly pretty good. Usually come to this Dunkin’ every single weekend, and honestly—the service is pretty much okay. Usually they don’t mess up my coffee (Small Hot Decaf Cappuccino, Whole Milk, 2 Reg Sugars)—but today, one the workers (the one with the headscarf) kind of messed up my coffee by putting “Small Hot Decaf Latte, Milk, 2 Sugars,” instead of “Small Hot Decaf Cappuccino, Milk, 2 Sugars,” and was a bit rude. Said it was the same, but it’s not. Cappuccino has darker foam, and a latte has lighter foam. There’s literally a screen right in front. But on the bright side, it tasted good—but just listen carefully when customers are ordering (customers must check if everything is correct too) please, nothing to be mean about, that’s all I ask for. #1 Fave.

The drinks that we got were frozen Oreo with marshmallow drizzle inside, starlight lemonade and a black cherry refresher with lime. We also got a donut box, which the donuts were fine. But the drinks. Oh my God. The man gave me a frozen caramel coffee-said he didn't have marshmallow coldfoam meanwhile the top was marshmallow cold foam, then he said they didn't have Oreo pieces, if that were the case he should of said something before taking my money but no. The refresher was good awful, health inspection needs to check the way they fix their lemonade and limeade as they both taste extremely weird. I will not come to this dunkin ever again

I understand when it’s one or two people but not 5. They shouldn’t all be working on the drive thru orders and ignoring walk in customers..
