  This Dunkin is horrible workers staff the whole 9 and then when u complain to corporate about thier workers and them messing up drinks they ban u they throw stuff at u invite u to fight the manager is even worse makes excuses for her workers

  Ordered the 6 dollar breakfast special which includes a sandwich, hot or cold coffee, and hash browns. Requested that instead of the coffee to simply give me a cup of hot water as I do not drink coffee. They refused to swap out coffee for hot water. Most locations will swap tea for coffee, not this one, but thought they would be OK with simply swapping it for hot water. Apart from that, the location is often filthy, donuts stale, and the service less than friendly. Will now add this location to the list of DD's that I avoid. Fortunately no shortage of DD's on S.I.

  No restroom for customers 👎🏼 rude manager and employees. Watered down drinks. They play favorites with customers. Slowww service.

  I’m a loyal customer and visit different locations almost on a daily basis. I came to the manor rd location. There was no one upfront when I got there I had to wait a few minutes til they were finished giggling in the back. While the guy was taking my order he kept looking back distracted at whoever was in the back. He made my order too light I kindly asked him to make it darker just add more coffee no need to remake. And he basically gave me the same thing twice. Highly disappointed in how this one employee handled himself.
