- VRVicki Rutigliano6 days ago1.0Customer service is beginning to decline. I ordered a toasted bagel that came out burnt. When my 11 yo daughter asked for another bagel the man ignored her and left her burnt bagel in hand for ten minutes. Then I asked, and he said all the bagels come out that way….. REALLY !!??? I threw the garbage out and left for another establishment who knows how to treat customers. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

- AHAyfa HusJun 28, 20261.0My parents went and ordered me a donut and a large drink and a donut that recently came out and they handed my mom a donut and a coffee inside a bag so my mom picked up and while I was sitting home she come home and gave me my stuff I opened it to see coffee I did not order this the recipet says a large coolata and a donut they gave me a medium coffee and when we had to drive back 4 miles to go and get my correct order they were laughing and not taking this seriously did not even say sorry and by the time I got my correct order my drink was already melted and turns out they mixed up my order with someone else’s and the other person was looking for her order, do better Dunkin.

I guess the local DDs are too cheap to provide those services, sending customers out to other neighoring stores for restroom use. Shame on DD. At least the cashier clerk was very nice and polite. But the manager girl is probably still in high school, with a free ego attitude, not caring much for customers.
