- NBNick BrownSep 10, 20265.0The only reason I gave 5 starts is because of the exceptional service by a fantastic employee by the name of Cianna (I hope I spelled it right) the ac was not working in the store and she still maintained a cheerful and welcoming energy upon entering the establishment. No worker should have to be subjected to the extremely hot temperature that I felt when I walked in the store. Management needs to do better. Thank you Cianna for making it a great experience in not so great conditions. Fantastic worker.

My whole grain bagel was extremely rubbery and floppy.Despite being toasted. The butter had absolutely no flavor it was like they just dumped oil on it. I\nWon't go back to any dunkin' donuts for another few years or until they get their stuff together cause this is disgusting , especially for the price
