    This place tells you they don't have pennies. If your order cost 3.96 cents and you give them 4.00, they tell you they have know pennies. As far as I know the US Government did not do away with pennies yet. I am bank manager. What gives this place the right to keep my 4 pennies, yes they amount to nothing but if you get a 1000 customers a week and your keeping 1-4 cents from every order that adds up. Why should they keep that. Another way for them to make a few extra dollars and get away with it. And there service is terrible. Customers should demand there pennies or get a nickel back. If they were forced to give nickels back instead of pennies I bet they would get pennies again.

    Terrible manager. I have came here before And many Dunkin donuts in Staten Island. One day I accidentally ordered on the mobile app a difficult Dunkin (my phone defaulted to the closest one from my home) and so I showed the manager at the Caeslton location (where I currently was) the mobile order and that it was a mistake. She said she couldnt make me a coffee. It happened before and the last time they were nice enough to make me one. Sadly I wasn't able to walk to the other location and didn't get my drink. Wasted my money and time.

    I have never dealt with such blatant disrespect and straight-up dishonesty in my life. I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Sundae, which is a premium item costing over $12. Instead of a sundae, they handed me a triple scoop of Dubai Chocolate in a bowl. I didn’t like the product anyway, so I politely asked if they could accommodate me with a different ice cream instead. This was apparently a huge issue for them; they rudely told me I would have to pay all over again. While I was trying to explain the situation, another employee was harshly telling the staff member to "charge me, charge me." After I left, I checked the Baskin-Robbins website to see what the Dubai Chocolate Sundae is actually supposed to look like. It was nothing like what I was served. This means they didn’t just give me bad service—they overcharged me for an item I never received. When I tried to address this, the manager (or GM) was argumentative and began yelling at me. Furthermore, it is extremely concerning that this location lacks any diversity; there is literally only one ethnic group working here. After the situation occurred, the staff was laughing and talking in their own language, which felt incredibly exclusionary and unprofessional. If this problem is not addressed and these rude employees are not disciplined or fired, I will be calling 311 to file a report with the state. I will also be contacting Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins corporate via email. This is 1/2 of the guys THEY KEEP REMOVING MY REVIEW!!!!

    Manager would not honor the points for cold brew coffee witch i have done dozens of time in the store and on the app. He also said go to the other dunkin and don't come to this one . Very unprofessional
