  for being located in a ferry terminal they are very quick and efficient. the order always comes out within 1-2 minutes. never once have they messed up my order. 10/10 experience everytime.

  I was attended by Hakim, very good attention and disposition, he was very kind to my family who came on vacation, every time I come to Staten Island I will pass without a doubt

  This is the location Their customer service is terrible, and the experience with them is awful; they don't value the customer and treat you as if you were begging them for something.👎👎👎👎👎

  While the atmosphere at this Dunkin’ location inside the ferry terminal was decent enough, the overall experience was very disappointing. The service was poor, and unfortunately the food was even worse. The donuts we purchased tasted stale and unappetizing, and we ended up throwing them away rather than eating them. What stood out most was the customer service. The female employee who assisted us appeared noticeably warmer and more engaged with some customers than others. While I cannot know the reason for that difference in treatment, it left us feeling unwelcome and overlooked compared to other guests around us. Given the high volume of travelers passing through the ferry terminal, I would expect both better customer service and fresher products. The location is convenient, but based on our experience, there is significant room for improvement.

  They gave me the wrong order and tried to tell me that’s what I got. I ordered an Oreo Coolatta and the said that I ordered a Oreo coffee chiller I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN
