I called to explain, and instead of fixing it, she asked me to bring the pizza back to them repeatedly, We were already hungry and couldn’t do that she even said I wasn’t far from them. I wasn’t asking for a free pizza, just the missing topping, she put me on hold when she got back to me she refused and said delivery would take over an hour. In the end, they offered a $1.50 credit. Mistakes happen, but good customer service makes all the difference. Disappointing. who assisted me showed no empathy at all.
