  Why have a place to write instructions if they disregard. I’m at work. We ordered a pizza. I wrote in the notes to please come in, we’re working and can’t step out. I admittedly put my phone number wrong in the app. They made no attempt to come in and deliver our food. Driver apparently sat outside and try to call but again, made no attempt to come into the store. So he went back to dominos. I called, they blamed it on driver being new and then deliveed the same pizza that went out an hour previously. Because he’s new he can’t read, blamed me. Garbage service. Dude on the phone was trash. Pizza was ice cold

  I’ve had a issue with this dominoes 7 years ago this is my first time back in 7 years and customer service still sucks the location looks a mess cannot access napkins they guy in the front over charged me which leads me to believe they may be stealing money from people then when confronted he looks surprised who’s keeping this place open ? It’s sucks cause it’s so cozy in heee can’t even dine in this place should just be for mobile orders that’s how they act

  Recently ordered delivery through the Dominos website. Ordered at 2:50 pm, out for delivery at 3:04 pm, yet I did not receive my order until 4 pm. I had to call the store 4 times. No answer the first time. The second time I spoke with an employee they told me I would receive my order in 5-6 minutes. That was at 3:27. Two calls later I received my order, barely warm and unappetizing . If you want pizza, you're better off ordering from a local pizzaria.

  I made a door dash order to this store but the driver would not come up to my apartment. I'm a disabled senior citizen living in a seniors only building with security. He told me it was store policy not to goo into buildings. I get that with NYCHA buildings, but a senior citizen building! I was incensed and called the store and was given the same speil. Why do you charge for dash fees if you are not doing that job. Door Dash doesn't take orders from store owners, they deliver. So this seems to be some fraudulent behavior going on, and they should be looked into for fees being charged for a service they don't provide.

  Its pretty regular like 75% of the time, but sometimes the wait is really long and you can be waiting for up to an hour.
