Been coming here every Friday for 3 years. There are 5-6 machines to self-purchase and all of them but one are down 90% of the time. Today all of the machines were down and there was no one in front or any other stand to help us make the purchase to play games, so we left. The games are also often broken and there’s been many times where my individual’s card is scanned and he is unable to play the game he spent the money to play. I don’t know who runs this place but they’re doing a horrible job.

I visited Dave & Buster’s in the Staten Island Mall on a Sunday afternoon to watch a couple of football games. I ordered a Diet Coke and some wings, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Both the service and the food were terrible. The wings were unappetizing, and the overall service felt inattentive and careless. The general manager seemed completely unaware of what was going on in the restaurant, and the bartender struggled with basic drink preparation, which led me to stick with a simple Diet Coke. The management appeared disconnected from the customers and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not return to this location.
