  We went last night with a bunch of friends. My son’s card had a lot of points and credits on it and got mixed up with someone else’s card who had zero points and zero credits on it. The manager on duty, Thor, couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful with this situation. After showing a few things like a credit transaction and some back story he went way above and beyond to get my sons a new card with his points and credits put back on it. It’s service like this that will have us continue to come back to DnB on Staten Island time and time again. Thank you so much Thor!

  I was disappointed with the whole place. Some of the games where broken and I could hardly find and one who worked there to help. Ordering food was a joke, there was only one server who was overwhelmed. Plus the place smelled bad.

  This location has potential, I just think it needs new management. Half of the games are broken so children are wasting swipes to get no game play, there’s no staff on the floor to make sure things run smoothly or even check on the guest. When you ask a staff member a question nobody knows the answer. Another thing, servers need to be retrained and actually know the menu and the eat and play option. Food and drinks were okay, I would like to get the drink I actually ordered and not something they put together with the ingredients from the drink I actually ordered. I just think everybody needs to be on the same page, you get a different answer or no answer OR no one is around to answer. It’s much more, but this is the most important.

  We had our son’s birthday here and it was absolutely fantastic. Roger was our server and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fun and seamless event. It was so much fun, I was even half joking that I would love to work here. Thank you so much Dave & Buster’s. We will be back in the near future.

  Always been a big fan of Dave & Buster’s, but boy have things changed. The day we visited Dave & Buster’s in Staten Island Richmond Avenue at the Staten Island mall. Went to celebrate my nieces birthday and was totally disappointed. The servers were pretty nice, but the food was super salty. So salty, It wasn’t edible. They did offer us more food, but We didn’t want to take the chance of that happening again. We requested separate bills. We realize that on each check there Showed a “Suggested gratuity” Which wasn’t suggested at all they automatically charged you that amount. When We questioned the Server about it we were told that they can change that. She said she would have to take it to a manager for them to remove it. Now I’m all for tipping But the tip Should be left up to the customer to change at their convenience. A suggestion is a choice and we didn’t have a choice. It’s what we were charged. Seems deceptive. One of the bills was also overcharged which was not cool at all. The manager claims he was not able to refund but he credited it by giving my niece a game card. Not the outcome we wanted but it was better than losing again. Games were good but when we went to turn in our tickets for prizes, more robbery!! With 500 tickets you can’t even get candy anymore!! The amount of tickets needed to get a candy was obscene. My daughters picked these rubber bears the size of their thumbs and I was charged an additional $6.53 to have enough to get one for each girl. Robbery. Before we would get candy and be on our way. We didn’t have enough for even candy!! Super disappointed for some many reasons.
