  Im very satisfied with the service that the employees in this place give us. Kind, patient, fast & friendly. Unfortunately I’m not thrilled with with chipotles corporate office & its owners.. i usually tip 2-3 dollars every time I order & today i found out from one of the workers that they don’t get anything!!! How dare you corporate take the tips alway from your employees!!! Lord that’s is so unfair. They do the excellent work in giving us great service making you guys who you are yes I’m speaking to corporate & you guys have the nerve to rob yes I said Rob there blessing from all who tip thinking they were giving to the staff at that location. Well it’s totally not true. A worker said to me that they don’t see anything from those tips & I’m sorry I know I’m not the only one that would feel so upset with how they treat there employees steeling there tip wow that’s amazing anyway I’ll still buy there & give them a tip on the side I’m sure that might be against there rules but I’m gonna find a way to bless if I can without adding a tip at end while I pay. I pray that corporate will correct this issue because it’s disgusting & so so sad what there doing this!!! Yes my name is up & I love in Staten Island NY but once again corporate your guys are sad 😔

  It was alright, i mean i like chipotle but here for some reason the portions were kinda small, they’re normally more generous but idk maybe i came at a later time today?

  Came to Chipotle tonight around 8 PM, three full hours before closing, and honestly it felt like they had already decided to shut the kitchen down early. They were out of fajita veggies, out of the honey chicken, and out of white rice (3 items that I mainly get for my bowl). Instead of telling me they will be making more food, the employee scraped together tiny leftover portions from the very bottom of the rice, chicken, corn, and tomato salsa containers just to make my bowl. I politely asked if they were going to replenish the food because I would’ve rather waited a bit than pay full price for a half-empty bowl. Instead of a reasonable response, I got looks from the staff. What really bothered me was that the very next customer in line immediately received noticeably fuller scoops than I did, so it definitely felt selective and inconsistent. If portions are supposed to be standard, they should be standard for everyone. To top it off, when I was leaving, they were also completely out of utensils. If the restaurant is going to stop restocking food and basic supplies at 8 PM, then why stay open until 11 PM? Customers are still paying full price and should not feel like they’re getting whatever scraps are left at the bottom of containers.
