  The staff at this location is on point. This location can get busy due to the mall being a hangout for teenagers but they work fast and efficiently. I live closer to another chipotle but always make my way to this one instead because the food is always fresh.

  Run out of stuff all the time. It's 3 PM... what do you mean you're out of chicken steak and pollo asado?? Never rice either. Ridiculous. Food either comes out wrong, has half uncooked rice, or has hairs. I really try to give it the benefit of the doubt every time and im just disappointed time and time again.🫤

  Woah! I went here around 12:30 PM to get Chipotle and keep in mind this is the closet Chipotle from my house. The line was beyond unacceptable. The line literally went out of the whole Chipotle! This was unbelievable. About 30 minutes later I got inside AND DIDN’T EVEN ORDER MY FOOD YET! Finally around 1:30PM I got my food and it was pretty good though!

  I usually avoid this location because I’ve had several bad experiences here over the years, but today I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, once again I was disappointed. The lady who prepared my food was pleasant and did a good job, so I want to give her credit. However, the employee at the register had a terrible attitude and did not know how to speak to customers respectfully or professionally. The condition of the restaurant was also unacceptable. Tables were left dirty, garbage was overflowing, and there was food, wrappers, and trash all over the floor. I’ve attached photos because they speak for themselves. Seeing the dining area this dirty also makes me seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen and other areas customers cannot see. After several bad experiences at this location, I really hope management takes a serious look at both the customer service and cleanliness.

  Very disappointed with the service I went to Chipotle today and left extremely disappointed, not just with the portion I received, but with the way the situation was handled. While my food was being prepared, the item I ordered was clearly running out. The employee was literally scraping the sides and bottom of the container to get enough. When I pointed out that this was clearly not a normal portion, I was told that they couldn’t simply leave the line to go get more. I explained that I shouldn’t be expected to pay full price for something I wasn’t receiving a full portion of. I was then told to speak with the General Manager. I spoke with the GM and explained exactly what had happened. Despite seeing the situation from my perspective, I was told that the portion was considered “normal.” I explained again that the employee had been scraping the sides because the food was running out and had specifically told me they couldn’t leave the line to get more. I was not offered any compensation, replacement, or even a reasonable solution. I told them I was unhappy with the way this was handled and that I would dispute the charge because I didn’t feel I received what I paid for. The response I received was essentially, “Do what you want.” That response was honestly the most disappointing part of the entire experience. Mistakes happen, food runs out, and I understand that. But there is absolutely no reason a customer should be made to feel like their concern doesn’t matter, especially after speaking with a manager. I’ve been to Chipotle plenty of times and understand what a standard portion looks like. Scraping the sides of an almost-empty container is not the same thing as serving a normal portion. I’m not looking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected to receive what I paid for and to have my concern handled professionally. Unfortunately, neither happened today.
