  I just got out of work after a long, exhausting day, and honestly, Chipotle was the one thing I had been looking forward to. The moment I walked into the store, I felt some of the stress from work disappear. I knew my food was about to be bussin’—and it definitely was. I want to give a shoutout to two employees, Danasia and Toniyya. I wasn’t sure what to order since they were out of the vinaigrette, but they were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They made me feel welcome, answered my questions, and helped me figure out a meal I ended up loving. Their positive attitudes genuinely turned my night around. Great customer service like that deserves to be recognized, and it’s the reason I felt motivated to leave this review. I hope the team working tonight, especially Danasia and Toniyya, gets the recognition they deserve. They made a stressful day end on a great note.

  Actual food is amazing, when they have it. I work in the plaza, queso is either out, or when you get it, it is clumpy but edible. Just not good queso. Also, if you’re wondering if you can get soda here, you can’t. The soda machine is out every time I go there. Worst part is, I pay for the drink online, and when I go to fill it up, there’s either no ice and soda, ice and no soda, or neither of both. One time, I wasn’t able to get anything but lemonade. I didn’t want anything but ordered the cup online. I asked for any type of compensation at all and they gave me absolutely nothing. All the staff are absolutely amazing, but the management is absolutely terrible and should be fired immediately. Please keep your store IN CHECK and make sure your only soda machine in the whole restaurant is working.
