  Discovered this place on our drive upstate from JFK after flying in from Germany and the chicken souvlaki and Greek salad we ordered were absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was so kind; I asked if she was Greek and told her I am as well, and she was warm and full of hospitality. My German husband finished his whole plate and some of mine. We left full, happy, and looking forward to whenever we can return. To any random traveler reading this: it’s at 891 Manor Road, just off Exit 12 (Slosson Avenue/Todt Hill Road) on the Staten Island Expressway. Take the exit and drop in for a excellent meal. Forget about whatever fast food option you were about to resort to.

  Not every spot gets it right… this one does. Tried G&G American Grill and I get why locals keep coming back. Food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. Service was on point friendly, no nonsense. And the breakfast… different level.. Those pancakes? No joke—HUGE. Omelette, bacon, sausage—everything hit. This is one of those real neighborhood spots. No hype needed. Just good food done right. I’ll definitely be back.

  The food was delicious. Cooked to perfection. 👌🏼And I want to especially mention (about 630 pm Friday night) I called to make a specification. The woman who took the call first thanked me for ordering and then took note of my request which was indeed fulfilled. She had such a great energy, so happy to help. Definitely made me want to order from here all the time. Food = A+ Customer service= A+
