    I will never get a delivery from stop & shop again! $10 delivery fee $5 tip! My delivery was supposed to be between 5-6. It’s 7pm and it hasn’t even been picked up yet! There goes me making Sunday dinner! $250 grocery order and I’m now going to order takeout! Representative on the phone was very unhelpful. Hopefully my food shows up at some point tonight!

    The staff working in the bakery was utterly disrespectful towards me and my child. When we went to make a custom order for cupcakes she instantly had a negative attitude towards us. Telling me I know better and need to order it two days before. When I conveyed to her I had forgotten that information she accused me of lying and said even my child knows this policy and that I was making it up. I was not asking her to make an exception for me, all I was asking was a simple question and was faced with a disgusting attitude. After a few minutes I asked her if she had more cupcakes as I was just going to take the pre-made ones, she continued with the attitude and I quote "why would there be more, does it look like I have more." Again how would I as the customer have known if she was going to make more, I was going to wait for her if she was making some. The negative attitude was completely unwarranted and needs to be left out of the workplace. People like this need to be trained in basic human decency and customer service. This stop and shop needs to do better at hiring/and or retraining their staff.
