  Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to It's impressive how rude the staff is and how long it takes to get your food everytime

  This McDonald’s is very consistent. Consistent in bad service, rudeness, & giving McDonald’s a bad name. Time and time again I deal with rude employees who seem miserable with their lives and are very disrespectful. Today I had to wait over 15 min just to get a small tea. Hot water in a cup that’s it, I asked two employees where my tea was, the first genius asked me if already got it… obviously not. Then I asked a girl she looked at me and just kept walking. I got ignored and never ended up getting a small tea which was ridiculous. Imagine if I had a bigger order. It’s truly ridiculous, I never seen any fast food employees feel so high and mighty. Please don’t go here. I’ll live down the block and I’ve lived here for the past 20 years, as of right now the establishment is horrible and until there is a sweep of these nasty & rude workers this McDonald’s will continue to fall. Don’t be sorry! Fire them & give me a refund!! I didn’t get what I payed for!!!

  The food was old, cold, and completely tasteless, and the service was terrible. You have to park on the curb while employees walk around asking each car if the order belongs to them. After waiting through all that, you end up getting stale, cold food.

  This is the worse McDonald’s in Queens. They never get my order right and they’re very unprofessional. Go to the one on Merrick Blvd instead!

  Came in quickly to get an order and the wait from the kiosk was utterly ridiculous, over 20 minutes for 2 snack wraps and 10 nuggets. 🤨 And then on top of that, this location is overrun by kids that are not respectful at all of those around them. Blocking the entrance/exit and then giving an attitude when you try to get pass them. Like...you just expect people to float over you? Never coming back to this location. Trash.
