  I went to the store in ordered on at the machine they have. I selected the milk and the flavor that I wanted which is 2 hazelnuts shots. It was very disappointed I pay for a flavor that was not added. They finished make my coffee they just placed it at there counter not even calling my name. Their was a guest that place their order after me they called her name to give her drink while mine still seating at the counter. I had physically went and asked for my coffee. And the young lady looks like she hate her job with an attitude. She completely ignored me and I asked her again she sided my coffee without saying a word. Hired better people that actually care about customer service. Very disappointed.

  There is not much to say because I don't really like , but I buy for the workers in the hotel where I work

  Great service, friendly staff. The drinks are always good and they have a constant supply of baked goods.
