  We got the Oxtail empanadas and beef and jerk chicken. My fiance could not finish his Jerk chicken due to the flavors being completelty off. He said it was disgusting. Oxtail was good but overly salty, you can just taste the the soy sauce in the flavors. The beef was good too. Im happy I tried it, but im not in the area so. It was a one time thing. Kind of expensive for 30$ for 4 empanadas

  I ordered a salmon salad it was $16.99 barely no salad. It was like ordering a salmon with a side of salad. And they ran out of forks.. this is my last time here

  I alwaaaays treat myself to some empanadas and fries after I get my hair done near here! This area is veryyy busy though so good luck finding parking. The place is super clean, the staff is really sweet and polite and the food comes out hot and fresh. The food does take a lil while to come out (especially if they're super busy) but it's totally worth the wait! Oxtail is my top fav, jerk chicken was tasty and not dry but the chopped cheese was probably my least fav. Everything slaps with that green sauce on top tho!! 🤤

  Empanadas are delicious I had chicken and supreme 10/10. The surf and turf was okay I feel like it’s missing something. The Spanish girl in the front taking orders she’s unprofessional and demeanor gives off she rather be somewhere else. Didn’t feel welcomed at all

  Tried this spot a few days ago. Staff were extremely kind, patient and just a great vibe to be around. This is not really a spot to eat in, but it is clean, vibrant, and has good music. The empanadas were so/so. I had the jerk, supreme and the oxtail. The oxtail was the biggest disappointment. For $10, there should be nothing but oxtail in the empanada. It was mostly rice. Seasoned well, great flavor but not a great deal- felt like a money grab/ rip off. The supreme was ok, something was off to me….maybe the cheese. There was an odd taste, reminded me of a canned/processed cheese. The jerk was decent- sweet, tangy and spicy. I’m not used to jerk done this way, but I’m not mad at it. Overall, the quality doesn’t match the prices but I would try them out again when Im back in the area…..perhaps a burger or wings next time. I believe they are black owned, and I’d love to support. Seems to be a new shop, and they may need a little time to roll out some kinks. Big plus was the attitude of the staff, hard to find kind service workers these days…
