I ordered a Large Strawberry Sparkling Limeade, but the employee taking my order initially made the wrong drink. While I was waiting, another staff member asked if I was waiting for something, and I explained that I was waiting for my Strawberry Sparkling Limeade. The employee who originally took my order insisted that I had only asked for a regular Limeade and argued with me instead of listening to my clarification. It became clear that the employee was not even familiar with the Strawberry Sparkling Limeade as a menu item. I had to point it out on the menu before they acknowledged what I had ordered. When they finally prepared the correct drink, they made it as a medium instead of the large I had ordered. I had to correct them again before receiving my drink. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. When I took my first sip, I immediately noticed it was not made correctly. The drink was missing the sparkling water, leaving me with what tasted like strawberry syrup mixed with limeade instead of the refreshing sparkling beverage I ordered. I also noticed that the employee who took my order was not wearing a Dunkin' uniform, which added to my concerns about the professionalism at this location. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience. The repeated mistakes, lack of product knowledge, arguing with a customer instead of listening, and the incorrectly prepared drink made for a very frustrating visit. I expect better service and product quality from Dunkin'. Because of this experience, I will be going out of my way to visit a different Dunkin' location in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
