  The place was run down filthy looking .restroom discusting. The lady at counter was rude and had her friends at register and allowed one of them to be rude and allowed customer to be rude to a older male .minfing his business.

  I got a breakfast sandwich this morning and their was a PURPLE hair in it this McDonald’s has the worst attitude, I’ve been harassed by some girl in the drive thru before and she’s so rude but I was running late and didn’t have time to go elsewhere. Y’all need to do better or don’t work in customer service if you don’t like people.

  Lots of waiting, food is messed up from time to time since weel it is a McDonald's, last night on 5/7 I went in to pick up a order and they had a line of 6 to 7 people all waiting and I ly 2 people working, I was able to get my order after flagging down a worker in about 15 minutes, but they actively ignored people until something was said and I was talking with a woman who had ordered dinner for her kids at 7:50ish and was still waiting for the order when I left at 9 pm.

  This location used to be a decent McD. Lack of help, ban on under 17 w/o parental guidance. The wonky APP The staff is very friendly and want to please but the time from order to table is 35 mins. Very very S-LO-W Slower than the DMV !! They focus on drive through & Uber Eats orders. The enticement to order anything and consume it is null since it just takes too long to wait for junk food I would advise anyone thinking about it to Keep driving- go to Queensbury/glens falls. Get Wendy’s. Drive to Clifton pk it’s faster to get better Chick-fil-A ! You order you are trapped here !!!! The worst!!!

  Got there at 6 oclock, ordered and sat down, the dining room was empty, sat there for 45 minutes before asking for a refund, had to wait another 30 minutes for the refund. My daughter had to use the restroom where we actually had to take her to Cumberland farms right next door because both bathrooms had poop smeared everywhere all over the toilets and floors. Half the staff were just sitting in the back of the kitchen throwing fries and other things at eachother having fun which explains why almost every other comment is about long wait. Absolutely ridiculous.
