  I recently moved to Moreau, N. Y. The Hannaford store is much smaller than I was familiar with in Wappingers Falls, N.Y, also Glens Falls. Yesterday I purchased a 2 pack of cranberry orange muffins from the bakery; this morning when I opened the pack and started eating it, it was literally like eating raw dough. It makes me feel like I guess i should just make my own, instead of buying for convenience, because I think they are cutting corners to save money in that store. Two weeks ago, I bought my favorite garlic bread from the bakery, went to make toast the next morning and it had mold. Always, when I bought this bread, I cut it in half and froze half in a zip lock bag. When I took the other half out of the freezer, it also had mold. Im not one to return things to a store, it takes too much time. However, I did go back to the store with the moldy bread, and the man in the bakery said'Oh, sorry '. That was it. I know what Hannaford policy is; if you're not satisfied, double your money back. None of these store employees seem to know the policy. They need to be trained better. I don't care about a few dollars, but when it happens frequently, then I will probably be shopping elsewhere.

  The Gluten Free signage at this location is atrocious. Someone blindly added 2-3 Gluten Free signs in every aisle for benign things like cooking oil, yet there’s zero signs to help you find Gluten Free bread. Edit: It’s been over a month now and management did nothing to address the health, safety, and convenience concerns that were raised. Their response was just empty platitudes and customers should not have confidence in this location given their lack of management. There are over 23 marked “gluten-free” sections in this store and most are meaningless, some are outright misleading. I’ve attached pictures this time.
