We asked for cappellini and got spaghetti. The red sauce maybe was pizza sauce or something but it was not marinara. The veal cutlet was a breaded mess. Overcooked with plain breadcrumbs with no seasoning. It was disgusting. The grilled chicken with salad, mozzarella balls was overloaded with balsamic glaze. It is obvious to me the the kitchen staff lack proper understanding, knowkedge, training etc of how to cook food properly and delicious. Hire a culinary professional that has an idea of what to serve
