- SSSarah Scott5 days ago3.0Dear Dunkin’ Customer Service, I am writing to report an uncomfortable experience I had at one of your locations involving an employee named Evelyn. I ordered a sausage croissant, and after I placed my order, Evelyn appeared to complain to her coworker in Spanish about me not asking for the cheese to be melted when I ordered. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way the situation was handled. If there was a misunderstanding regarding my order, I would have appreciated being asked politely or having the situation explained to me directly. As a customer, I should be able to place an order without feeling uncomfortable or feeling as though employees are complaining about me to one another. I would also like to recognize that the male employee working alongside Evelyn was extremely polite and respectful toward me. He provided a positive customer service experience, and I appreciate the way he treated me. My complaint is specifically about the interaction involving Evelyn, not the other employee. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. I am bringing this incident to your attention because I hope it can be addressed appropriately and that future customers will have a more welcoming experience. I would appreciate it if Dunkin’ could look into this matter and share my concerns with the appropriate management team. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you
