  I’m extremely disappointment in the quality of food this establishment provides to its consumers. First off, ordered a bacon, tomatoes, and egg bagel sandwich. I received a cold and instant made bagel sandwich. The “instant” egg seems like it was smacked on uncooked, the tomatoes were literally canned tomato sauce (not even REAL tomatoes), minimal amounts of bacon, literally placed on a small two piece of bagel. Here’s the part that actually infuriates me. I ordered their “baked-in-house” blueberry muffin and when I tell you it’s far from being baked in house, it was nothing close to it. The muffin was packaged in an instant wrapping and it was soooo soft. Soft to the point that the batter is raw and undercooked. After having some portion of this, my stomach did not feel well. Surprise at the quality control and the audacity to serve this to their cliente. All of this for over $15+! Definitely not worth it and will be avoiding this franchise at all cost. Absolutely ironic that they call themselves authentic New York style when everything I received today was the polar opposite experience otherwise.

  Dirty bathroom with a trail of poop stinks at the entrance to the bathroom area. This is not sanitary can be cause spread of sickness such as C-diff. Especially for a food service please get it togather.

  I have never felt the need to complain or write a bad review for a business before, however my experience here was so bad I feel like I do not have a choice. My partner and I were very excited to try Bruegger’s in Snyder for the first time, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we witnessed the cashier, Frank, being rude and impatient with the customers ahead of us. It was obvious they were first-time customers and needed a moment to decide what they wanted, but instead of being helpful, he seemed frustrated and dismissive. When it was our turn, we were holding coffees that we had purchased elsewhere. Although we explained that we were ordering our food to go and would not be eating in the café, Frank refused to take our order until we removed the coffees from the store and was incredibly mean about it. He continued yelling at us until we left. We had to walk back to our car, put the drinks away, and then wait in line all over again. Personally, I did not want to even go back in the cafe, but my partner was adamant we try again. To make matters worse, we observed Frank handling cash and the register and then immediately touching the bagels in the display case with the same gloves, which was concerning from a food safety standpoint. After trying to order for the second time, Frank did not apologize for the way he spoke to us. Overall, this was not the welcoming first experience we had hoped for. We left feeling disappointed by both the customer service and the lack of attention to food handling practices. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a much better experience.

  Hello. I would like to give a personal positive review of the employee named Jean at the Snyder location. She was so pleasant and efficient. She delivered service with a smile and I’ll enjoy going back there soon. The food was great too. My family loves it there.
