  Update - I did reach out to your customer service/headquarters. I got a stock answer reply that you would pass it along to the team. I just won't return to that location. I'm not usually a one and done but in this case, the reviews hold up. I experienced what many people have and apparently you've done nothing to correct the customer experience at this location. I've updated my review down to 2 stars. Like most reviews for this location, good food but horrible customer service. I ordered online and the location didn't not get my order. I know things happen but instead of apologizing to me the customer, the two older people at the counter start asking me questions that sound like I did something wrong. I ordered well in advance and had a confirmation email. I wasn't the problem. The old guy has no customer service skills and shouldn't be handling customers. He's miserable. The only stars are for the food. I won't be back at this location. It probably won't be open much longer anyway.

  The food is truly delicious, and I honestly have no complaints about it. However, my order was not prepared correctly, and when I brought the issue to their attention, the way it was handled and the attitude shown were not appropriate. I found the service to be quite dismissive and disrespectful. I’m not sure if it was because I am Latina, but that was certainly how it made me feel, What was missing from my order was the lettuce. It was obvious at first glance that it had not been included, even though it should have been. The poor customer service and the way my concern was handled were very disappointing.

  Walked in to purchase food and drinks, we grabbed drinks from the cooler and were not even greeted but instead told, “you can’t bring those drinks in here” as we had coffee from another establishment but were still planning to purchase and did purchase food and drinks from here. What a joke and how rude to say to someone spending money. Won’t be back

  Customer service is severely lacking here. I stopped in to grab a quick bite because the restaurant didn't appear busy, and I expected to be in and out. Unfortunately, there was no one available at the register taking orders, despite multiple employees standing around talking with one another. What was most concerning was the behavior of the employee making sandwiches. He was extremely rude and dismissive toward a woman who spoke limited English. Although she had her receipt in hand, he refused to help her confirm whether the order he was calling out was hers. He then proceeded to complain about her to other employees, making negative comments about her inability to speak English and not knowing what she had ordered. The entire situation made me very uncomfortable. Had I not already paid for my food, I would have left. While the food was good, the service was unacceptable. There seemed to be plenty of staff present, yet customer service was poor. I will not be returning.

  The bagels themselves are very mid- for $5 I at least expect a bagel that’s nicely sliced and toasted with an appropriate amount of cream cheese. They half ass cut the bagel and there was barely any cream cheese on it. Also for the amount of staff they have it takes forever. I’ve given them 3 chances now and I have to assume it’s just how they are and not a one time thing. Counter staff is very nice however. This place would go out of business in 2 months in New Jersey (or most other places that have any kind of decent bagel culture)
