I keep ordering thinkg, oh this time they will get it right, but #4 order and they forgot my topping! The topping was even on the receipt!! I have tried calling them but they NEVER answer the phone. If I coming with door dash, they give me credit for the missing topping, which is about 3 dollars but my dessert was ruined and it isn't cheap. For a 3 scoop su dae it cost $25. I just have to get it through my head and stop ordering from them.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
