The service is very slow. More at night there are several rude people and there is a thin man with a beard who always attends badly the truth I would like them to take action on the matter since if he is going to work then that they attend well

As a vegetarian, Taco Bell has always been a go-to for a quick meal. You’d think by offering customization in the app and up-charging for extras that they’d put orders together correctly, but it’s always a disaster at this location. First off, they need more staff. Wait times are ridiculous, and they have cars wait at the speakers to fake their drive-through time. I ordered two luxe boxes tonight, both with Cheesy Gordita Crunches, subbed out the beef for beans, and spent extra to add tomatoes. What I got was two shells with beans slapped on, no lettuce, no tomato, no ranch sauce…just beans. I’m actually kind of speechless. The one tomato piece in the smear of beans is the cherry on top of this absolute mess. Just save your money (Taco Bell used to be cheap, but no longer) and go anywhere else. Seriously. I have no idea what’s wrong with this location, but this is crazy. They won’t be getting my money again.

Can you imagine sitting there, eating so contentedly after a 12-hour shift—having just left work and picked up your food—only to look down and see *this*? I’m such a regular customer, yet something always seems to go wrong for me. Seriously, Taco Bell needs to take the necessary steps; employees shouldn't treat customers so rudely. (After all, without customers, what business could possibly survive?)
