  I was here to do some shopping for a friend. This isn't my usual location and I'm glad it isn't because I'm not a fan of those with attitudes. I waited by the deli counter with my number in my hand. First, the rude female yelled something out then the nasty male came over,looked at me,and didnt say one word. I said "hello" several times along with a " how are you?" But all I got was silence. The lack of customer service skills in today's world is beyond disturbing. I know you'd rather be staring at your phone screen or playing video games but life is here, in front of you,not on a screen. Providing excellent customer service should be the goal of every company and you have failed miserably. Customers want to feel valued and appreciated, not like we're bothering you. I'll stick with "my" store where the associates are helpful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service.

  Understaffed. First time I tried an online pickup order I had to walk in to customer service because they wouldn't pick up the phone. You have to call a phone number to get your online order here, it's not done thru the app like McD's

  I love your online ordering crew, they go out their way on making sure my orders are always fulfilled. I believe I met Mat & Jose they are such friendly people.
