  This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Monday night, and it took over an hour. Closer to 8:10 - for our food to come out. There is absolutely no justification for that kind of wait on a slow night. When the food finally arrived, it was completely unacceptable. My burger was burnt to the point of being barely edible (and the photo proves it). I couldn’t even force myself to eat more than half. My partner’s meal was just as bad. Overly salty and drenched in grease. It felt careless, rushed, and honestly disgusting. What made the entire experience worse was the blatant lack of attention to dine-in customers. It was obvious that online orders were being prioritized while we sat there waiting. Our waitress barely checked on us and seemed far more interested in chatting with Wolf Hollow Rep dropping off beer asking about a job down the road than actually doing her job. We had to wait far too long for basic things like water and extra sauce. From the excessive wait time to the inedible food and inattentive service, this place failed on every level. There was zero quality control, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I’m new to the area and they were the best reviews in the area I’m always looking for a new eating place food was great I asked for extra crispy fries and they were perfect the only thing and maybe it was my fault I did ask for blue cheese on the side and blue cheese was also in the wrap that I didn’t like but I will be going back to try more food and dine in.

  We get take out from here all the time and it’s always great. Tonight not so much. Buns burnt. Lack of French fries. Not sure if there’s a different cook but super disappointing
