Employees never fail to be rude, they’re either downright disrespectful or somehow always get your orders wrong. I keep giving this location a chance and it’s never failed to disappoint me. Go to the next closest location if you can.

Every day this week, Monday-Friday I approach this location and order a large iced tea and a lady named Jaqueline I believe she said her name was, has worked every afternoon and denied my request for an iced tea, stating unfortunately they’re all out. On Friday, I asked why it’s been all week by 3:00pm I can not order an iced tea, she replied with “because it’s Friday and I would have to make it and it’s busy”. All with full attitude because I questioned. I would have been alright with this answer but considering it’s been all week, and not a single customer was in sight, I was the only customer in the drive through with no In house customers to be seen when I went into the lobby to ask for her name. She gave me her name and I smiled and said thank you have a good day then her and 2 men co workers all started laughing and she screamed “I DONT CARE” as I walked out. So I am here to leave this unpleasant review as she makes my every visit unpleasant. I did in fact go to the miller road location off of exit 10 and their staff were unbelievably kind and helpful they advised me to report this as they sometimes go to the Columbia turnpike location and get the same attitude from this lady. I’m also scrolling through the reviews for this location and they seem to be complaining about a lady. Please look into Jacqueline, the lady who worked at 3:00pm may 5th 2026. Very unfortunate.
