  The best gluten free pizza with vegan cheese I’ve had in the capital region. The sauce was delicious! As someone with a severe gluten and dairy allergy going out to eat can get quite expensive - but with a personal pizza, fries, and gf chicken bites this was very affordable and may become a weekly staple in our home.

  We had an absolutely amazing evening! From the moment I called to ask about the weather and whether the outdoor patio would be open, I was impressed. The young lady who answered the phone briefly set it down to check with a coworker. I could hear their conversation, and it was refreshing—there was no frustration, no negativity, and no swearing. Just two employees working together to figure out the best way to help a customer. That told me a lot about the kind of restaurant this is. When we arrived, every single staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our server, Luke, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. The food was incredible! We had the pizza, calamari, and mac and cheese bites, and every single item was delicious. The entertainment made the night even more memorable. The Grand Central Station Trio was fantastic! They played a wide variety of music, sounded great, and even invited people from the audience up to sing, making everyone feel like part of the show. It's rare to find a place where the food, service, entertainment, and atmosphere all exceed expectations, but The Palazzo delivered on every level. We left already talking about our next visit. If you're looking for a great night out, I highly recommend this restaurant!

  A great place in Schenectady. Basic bar food, as well as other dishes also. We visited in the afternoon. It's very casual but a lovely environment. They have indoor seating as well as several outdoor options. We sat outdoors under a canopy. The food was great. They also had live entertainment. Great place. I had a salad with steak and blue cheese. I ate half of it before I snapped a photo. Dressing was delicious and homemade. A great place to visit.
