Mia was very kind and always has a smile when we come through. Great service!
I have been trying to give this place a positive rating for months. I can’t find an option to rate in the app. I was told I would get an email after my order to give a rating but I didn’t receive the email.
The staff here is always fast and friendly no matter the time of day or how busy they are. Big smiles from both sides of the drive through window. They always remember to ask me if I want sauce and give me enough for my meal.
Maybe 3 out of 10 times they put sour cream in my food when I ask for no sour cream, but I don’t mind really.
Fast, easy, and good tasting food from a hardworking staff: this location has it. These great employees are why I always round up.
Oh! The black beans. They always have black beans. Absolute god send. I’m very grateful for whoever orders their black beans cause they are always in stock.

They didnt tell me that they didnt have change so that just kept my money and didnt offer me anything ‼️Like what the hell!!! Attitude off the charts! On top of that the food was horrible & had to be sitting out! I want my money back!
I visited this Taco Bell and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. I specifically want to shout out this friendly lady who works at this Taco Bell. I don’t remember her name but she was at the drive thru window and had a Monroe upper lip piercing. She was kind, efficient, and had a great smile/demeanor. She also took the time to make sure my order was correct and offered me a drink holder, which I really appreciate.
It can be very hit or miss with service and attention to detail at fast food restaurants. However, my experience here was a great one! Please send my thanks to the friendly lady with the Monroe piercing!

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences here. I pulled up to the speaker and the employee said, “I’ll be with you, take a look at the menu.” I waited for over 20 minutes without hearing another word. I even said, “I’m ready,” and was completely ignored.
I eventually pulled up to the drive-thru window, where the employee looked directly at me but still didn’t say anything or even open the window to acknowledge the wait. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
If there’s a delay, that’s understandable—but the least you can do is communicate with your customers. Completely ignoring someone who’s been waiting that long is unprofessional, rude, and a waste of their time. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
