Came here place a order at the drivethru, i waited for about 15 minutes for the person infront of me to place there like forever order.. and after they were finally finished i pulled forward and was asked if i was gonna use moble app, i said no. THEN outta nowhere a person pulls up to the drivethru next to me on the other screen and the man just took there order, i mean after i was waiting like i said FOREVER for the guy infront of me and i was NEXT. Sooo i pulled fwd behind the guy that i WAITED FOR no order taken or giving bc i was dimissed for somebody else and wanted to confront the staff about the service.. I finally got to window and i told what happened and was told so what drive back around and place order, which would take even longer!!.. Very rude the manager was to me, when he could of just took my order. Ontop of this he gave me creepy vibes after staring at me so i drove off. I would make tacos before i ever went back to this place again...

Management/ownership is the problem with this location. I witnessed 2 employees verbally fighting each while 4 customers were waiting for their food. The employees were working very hard and could feel the customers frustration. Any shift manager would help with drinks, stop fighting of employees, etc. This place hasn't been the same since it moved from balltown Road.. Also, the app is deceiving. I order on the app and it says it'll be ready in 5mins but with this location add 30 minutes. I got there 20mins after the app ready time, and still had to wait 20mins. Never going back here. I'll drive an extra 5 minutes to the location at Altamont avenue!

Mia is amazing and always has great customer service when checking me out at the drive thru window! Her smile is infectious and that location is lucky to have her!
