  Tried to get order fixed employee was rude about it. Filed a complaint management called yelling at me for filing the complaint. Will never order from this one again

  I wouldn't even give this location a single star but in order to post a review I had to give 1. Now the people working at this store must not know how to read cause they couldn't a simple hut book order correct. And to make it right they tell to wait another 10 minutes at 6:30 pm when I have children at home that have school the next day. I will NEVER go to this pizza again even if it was the last one on the planet.. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!

  I placed an order inside today 4/15 with a young lady she was very helpful. Told me it would be 15 minutes so went out to my car an waited. Next thing I know under 15 minutes she brought my pizza to me outside to my car. Now that's costumer service. Pizza Hut needs more employees like her. Got home pizza was fantastic! Thank you altamont Ave pizza hut

  I ordered from their app. It was buy one get one wing Wednesday. I ordered a dozen spicy garlic wings and when I got my order there was only one dozen. I called the store and they told me that they do not do buy one get one Wednesdays. Although it was clearly in the app, the man on the phone did not want to talk to me. I also want to state that a friend of mine also ordered the buy one get one from the app. She went to the store to pick up her order and she got the full buy one get one. How could she get it if they do not offer that special anymore?
