  Ordered a everything pizza that had pepperoni Canadian bacon sausage onions green peppers and blk olives.. i dont eat Canadian bacon on my pizza so i had them removed. Get home and there's no Canadian bacon which is what i asked for but now there is no pepperoni as well. So i call the store and the person on the other end tells me that he looked at the cameras and said he sees the young lady putting pepperoni on the pizza (and if i want to come to the store and look at the camera myself). Mind you my girl is sitting next to me. I tell him, their is no pepperoni on this pizza and he starts talking about Canadian bacon for some reason.. He tells me that they put pepperoni on the pizza that i can clearly see has none and beings to tell me its under the cheese if i just move it around. I told him i will move the cheese around and messed up all 6 slices to show him ( he gave me a number to text ) there is no pepperoni like if my eyes and the person who is sitting next to me eyes dont work. I told him i will eat it because i am not going back out. Pizza was kind of cold and wasn't that good.. 2 small pizzas that cost $31.. i cant believe he said he looked at the cameras and tried to assure that i was mistaken about what im looking at and sounded kind of annoyed that i called. He told he would make me a pepperoni pizza tomorrow which is today since im up at 730am writing this. This is the 2nd time in my life i had ever eaten at papa John's.. The one in Albany was good but that was yrs ago this one in schenectady not so much. Won't be doing that again.

  Very disappointing experience at this Papa Johns location. I visited with my kids and placed an order, but I was charged twice and never received my food. The staff told me they did not receive the payment, even after I showed them the receipts showing that my card had been charged twice. Despite providing proof of payment, they still refused to give me my order. It was frustrating and embarrassing to be standing there with my children, having paid for food and leaving empty-handed. Customer service was unhelpful, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
