  My breakfast sandwich looked like a cheap disgusting McDonald’s burger. It looks so drastically different from the advertised photo in the menu and so unappealing, the I laughed and disbelief.

  I have ordered from here a couple times now from DoorDash and every time my Mac cheese is missing. I love the food from here but this is unacceptable I’m not going to be eating from here for a while

  Placed a $250 catering order 2 days before pick up, on mother's Day. An email was sent by a high school manger that they didn't have enough food in their location to fill the order and cancelled it on me 1 hour before pick up time. Never order, eat, it think about EVER spending my hard earned money here again. Good luck with those that want an over charges sandwich and microwaved soup. See ya!

  Just want to thank the staff. I do a bit of doordashing. I got to say thanks for being “ On Point” ! The orders are always ready. Thanks to the line staff and all employees and management. Much appreciated.

  They just hung up on me, blaming Uber Eats driver for taking half my order. Also stating it's easy to seal and unseal the bags when I had to rip it open due to how sticky 2, 2 stickers were used to seal the bag. Absolutely insane to hang up on a customer and blame another entity for miss placing items. A normal business especially in Niskayuna would comp a product, ask if a customer wants a refund for the items or at least apologize for the inconvenience of loss product which was paid for. Completely disrespectful. Outrageous. Blame an Uber driver. I had to rip those to get to my food. Unprofessional and insane. Feel like being petty and driving down. What are you a twelve year old girl hanging up on her crush??
