He blames it on not being on the right screen. Yesterday morning he strikes again with charging me double points wasting my points because he was on the wrong screen. There has been other days where he double charges my gift card on the app! Something needs to be done.

I dont think your drive thru cashier should stick the card reader out the window for tips. Saying you will be asked a question. We all know dunkin accepts tips. Its not everytime but its been more often.

If you aren't here by 8am, say goodbye to that delicious donut you were thinking of getting. Some employees *mostly the boys* are extremely kind, always know what to say, and help when they can. While others sadly, are very disrespectful, lazy, and care way too less to work at a dunkin. Wonderful atmosphere, it is very visually appealing and clean inside. One day, I came in around 11am and they were very busy, but you wanna know what they didn't have? WHOLE MILK, so whatever? I was 14, maybe I looked stupid or something, but when I order a medium size hot chocolate, I expect the cup to be MORE THAN HALF FULL. Excuse me that I TIPPED YOU ATLEAST $5 FOR NOT EVEN A FULL PORTION OF MY SUPER SIMPLE DRINK. ATLEAST USE THE 2% OR ALMOND MILK YOU OFFERED SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU HAND ME THAT. Anyways, I do recommend going, other than the crazy stories you may have to have, I'm sure if I wasn't socially anxious to tell them to fill my drink I would have seen a better side of some employees.
