  If there was an option for zero I’d give it. Do these employees want to work? The level of rudeness and attitude is impeccable. Who is the manager. I try my best not to go here even though it’s the closest one. Today I thought maybe things have changed. NOPE 👎🏽 To the employees, WE DONT WORK FOR YOU! And if you hate your job THAT MUCH leave. WORST DUNKIN DONUTS IN THE CAPITAL REGION!

  I used the drive through and there was only one car in front of me about 7am on a Tuesday. I sat at the window for about 15 minutes waiting for my strawberry coolatta and strawberry frosted donut (no sprinkles) that I confirmed they had while ordering at the speaker. My coolatta was NO WHERE near full, I should’ve asked for a discount because I paid for a full drink, right? And I’m glad I checked my donut because it had sprinkles :) had to wait 5 minutes for that to be switched.

  I felt compelled to call corporate today. One worker was cleaning the womans bathroom and was literally screaming at the top of her lungs and cussing for 5 minutes, while I sat trying to concentrate on the work I was doing on my laptop. When she exited the bathroom, she could tell I was miffed at her loud outburst, as I shot her an annoyed look. She promptly told me the lobby was closing. I asked her when. "Right now". No warning. No signs. Just utter rudeness.

  Young girl there at night is rude and they locked the doors at 5pm so you can only go to drive through.... even if you have pre ordered ..... drink wasn't right and they were giving product away for free
